What does your role involve?
My role at DFM is to manage production or packing. To ensure everyone understands their role and to make sure we provide quality products, that we are proud of, to our customers.
What DFM Value do you most identify with and why?
The value I identify most with is DETERMINATION because you need to be determined to do everything to the best of your ability. It give you a sense of pride and a 'can do' attitude.
What do you love doing outside of work?
Spend time with my wonderful husband and 4 beautiful girls.
What is your favorite thing about DFM?
There are lots of things that I love but to narrow it down to just 2 would be, the family environment and the challenges I come across as a leader. I have a strong sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.
Lastly, what is your favorite product that we have or currently make?
Currently it a ham, egg and hollandaise wholegrain toastie but there are many things that come a close second!
