Jeremy Dennison - Managing Director
Jeremy is a man whom wears many hats. As a second generation owner of the business and over the 18 years working at points in all areas of the business there is always a trick or two he can assist other members of the team within their roles. Now with a solid team around him he is always looking for ways of innovating the capabilities of DFM and sustaining the vision of the business. Away from work he enjoys Dirt-bike riding, boutique beer, street food markets, golf and time with family and friends.
Amanda Allan - Business Development & Marketing Manager
Amanda also joined the team in early 2017 and originates from Scotland. She comes from a background in the airline food market so brings with her a wealth of knowledge of food that flies! When not busy turning customer concepts into reality in the factory she is out with her Scottish dog 'Spartacus' and trying to teach him that kangaroos are not bouncing cows and that snakes are not moving sticks.
Rebecca Richards - HR Manager
Bec joined the team in 2018. She hails from Queensland via The Kimberley and none of us can quite work out how she is going to cope with a Southern Winter. Mother to 4 boys and a rather large dog, she really is our very own super woman. She is a constant driver of DFM's vision, mission & values and always looking to employ great people to be part of the DFM Family. Her 'can do' attitude is widely appreciated by all and it is not uncommon to see Bec out helping on the floor and supporting the Production Team.
Mick Burke - Demand Planning Manager
Mick is the King of cool. There are always many things going on in the factory but Mick is always at the centre of it and ensuring that everything is running smoothly. Mick hails from 19 years experience at Patties working in the 4 'P's, Planning, Production, Procurement & Packaging, therefore bringing a wealth of knowledge to DFM. Outside of work Mick has a passion of sampling local craft beers and motorbikes (enjoyed separately!)
Tanya Tilley - Finance Officer
Tanya joined DFM in early 2018. She brings a wealth of experience with over 20 years experience in Accounting. Tanya is willing to turn her hand toalmost anything and has updated numerous systems for the better already. A mother to all boys, Tanya certainly knows how to multitask. We all wonder how she still manages to find time to fit in her great love of camping, plants (our office has definitely become more green) and crafting.
Kellie Gavin - QA Manager
Kellie is a QA know it all. She is responsible for ensuring that our strict procedures & polices are adhered to at all times and is regularly seen cruising around with a clipboard ensuring everything is ship shape. She is currently working hard to increase our current food safety accreditation from HACCP to BRC. With building works due to commence soon Kellie has been an integral part of the planning to ensure standards are met. Kellie is a keen supporter of her daughters golf and spends many a weekend down at the golf course.
Mark Wickfeldt - Maintenance Manager
Mark joined the business in early 2019. In the time he has been at DFM he has injected new ideas into the business and I have yet to see him stumped by any issues that require his attention (apart from his lack of points in the footy tipping) Mark is highly experienced in the maintenance field and his expertise has taken him to many different countries for work including a recent stint in Chile. Mark has run his own business for nearly 30 years and worked for large FMCG companies in the maintenance role. When not at DFM Marks other passions are his Angus Cattle and spending time on the beautiful Gippsland lakes with family and friends
Carly Downie
Carly is currently on Maternity leave enjoying some time with her new son James.
Carly joined the DFM team in early 2017 after a large stint in the mines. She is a WA native but getting used to the slightly more temperate weather of Victoria. Carly prides herself on being a people person and enjoys the challenge of finding the correct person for a variety of roles within the business. During her short time here she has implemented several new practices to help streamline the HR function. When not found at work she will usually be out down by the river trying to encourage her dog, 'HOPS' to swim!
